Pick one UserID and post under only one UserID. Provide all the relevant information to your problem and post it in a way that we might be able to help you. Jumping around with different userID's and various software (first CloneDVD and now CloneCD) makes a huge difference in addressing your problem. Please post your operating system, the name of the product you are trying to copy, your hardware configurations, the exact error message(s) you are receiving. kevin if FREE is still what you are looking for, you can also try DVD43 - it works in the background. You can you it directly with Shrink. If you get a disk you can't copy, then try that same disk with decryptor & shrink. Even though decryptor is no longer updated, it still does a pretty good job. It's just one extra step.
