if you include extras and menus then the audio will work with 1click.

Where have you been? This is very interesting information about 1ClickDVD and the "no sound" problem.

Several users have posted of the problem and asked for help; most responses are not beneficial because the respondent doesn’t address the issue or answer the question and ultimately tackle the issue (most often a user will tell you what combination of decrypter and ripper works for a particular DVD).

I appreciate the advise, I'll have to re-try a rip with menus and extras selected [bold](although I'm sure quite a few fan favorites of other products will see this as an overall software performance restriction, and I have to agree, but at least we know how to remedy the problem)[/bold]

i usually hang out on the 1click forum as i am avid user of the 1click products and have the odd scan through other forums.

i will have to make a habit of scanning more often as it is handy to be able to assist with others issues

I have ancient versions of AnyDVD and CloneDVD and I just realised that the newer version are 100x better! My copies are legal copies but I've looked everywhere on the slysoft site and I can't find where I can upgrade my copies, just a download the trial version. I'm not paying for this a second time, any idea how I can update my old versions?

Just download them, save to desktop and then run setup. If your "oldies" are legal, the update will proceed automatically.

The key is the only thing you need to ever keep, as long as you keep that, it will work with any version you download from the site.
They do warn buyers as well about loss of key, it won't be replaced without buying it again.

    KEEP YOUR KEY!

I put mine on a floppy so if I ever reformat my HD or lose it I can just load it again...........

I paid for it, and it's mine forever! LOL

Thumb drives or USB flash drives are perfect for storing those keys also :)

    Call me cautious!
I have mine on an external drive, on 2 differnet USB pen drives , a floppy and a few software backup DVD's.

If I loose it after that, then I deserve to pay again.

My 21 day trial for anydvd and clonedvd is over. I would like to purchase the license keys. On Anydvd and Clonedvd there is no window where it tells me to type in the key. I only have the option for order and exit. If I buy the keys where do I type them in to unlock the programs?
