Download and install, then open it up before you put in your dvd to burn. Let any dvd run then put in your dvd, it will take a few seconds then it will see the dvd and do it's thing. Then proceed to dvd shrink (which is what i use) and your away.
That has to be the absolute simplest program on the face of the earth. You don't even have to do anything except right after you install it.
