Anyone else having probs with Eurovox picture/signal?

Hello all
Im in Birmingham area and have probs with new eurovox ex5000.
it works fine at my house but as i say probs at me Dads house a few miles away.
It wont pick up many channels and most of the ones it does, have garbled broken up vision.
He has no splitters, its a direct cable in off the pavement.
We tried a booster and a variable ariel attenuater. Still no joy.
Running v1.0 of the software.

 

you know i began this thread a few weeks back. The problem i was having has somewhat stopped. It only flickers/skips once a week or every few days. I have no done anything to the box. I can only deduce that this was the network and was basically outa my hands.
