I dont really have a need for anything newer than the Xecuter 2.3 chips. I figure if they are still being sold they would be fairly cheaper, so I was just wondering.

    Thx in advance :)

I wouldnt bother, for the sake of $15 you get much more bang for your buck with a 2.6
modchipman.com is also a good source

system-modz.com is a overpriced rip off of system-mods.com

And That is my whole point...I dont need "bang for my bcuk" the 2.3 works perfectly fine for everything. Plus If I could find one for $15 it would save me half the price of the 2.6. So why buy one 2.6 when I could buy tow 2.3 when they will work equally as well?

The X2.3b chips' production was stopped in Aug. 2004. There aren't any new ones left. If you want a quality chip with on/off function, and still in production, why don't you just buy an Aladdin XT???
