anyone know what is going on with starview

Hi there

does anybody know what has happened to the starview boxes
some of the channls work i.e
virgin1 (working)
E4 (not working)

does any body know why
i have get the new codes there all right i have done full factory reset still there is notting there
i am running on 4.00e software do you think it could be that
