Whenever my dad is playing Guild Wars, and I try to logg onto World of Warcraft, it kicks him off. It just started doing this today, we have never had any other problems, were hooked up through a router, and I think its decent internet. We have SBC Yahoo, well its now AT&T (I don't know, this may be causing it). Thanks! Corn
Well if your dad only gets kicked out when you join WoW then the problem is obviously some sort of discrepancy between the two programs.
It could be the dammand of the port. Both programs used port 6112. How to solve this? Yo can try the following. Right click on gw shortcut and goto propeties. Where it should the locatation of guildwars after the words type -port 6133. for ex: C:\program files\Guild Wars\gw.exe -port 6133
