not that i encourage "burning copyrighted dvd's" but yes DVD decryptor and DVD shrink are easy and ideal to "backup" copies of DVD's there should be an online tutorial either here or if u do a simple google search you should find many easy instructions that is if to say you haven't used the software before.

I just saw [bold]"Crash"[/bold] Not a bad little flick it was depressing in some parts but over a good little flick and i would recommend a view for all but mayb not a buy though.

The only downside was how racist it was in regards to persians and arabs etc... but thats kinda the norm with the films these days :)

    But those actors played well...

watched Full Contact last night, very good, a damn sight better than The Killer. Oh and watched an amazing kids film Laura's Star, kids adored that one, well so do i. And watched Hellboy again, cracking film, kids loved that too (don't tell social services!)

Out of all the movies I have recently watched I would have to say SAW was of the better ones. So I can't wait to see SAW 2. It looks likes it will be better.

other guys - finally got around to watching Hard Boiled - excellent, definitely one of the best films i've seen with Chow Yun Fat. Also watched The Descent, also excellent, and watched some of Resident Evil (the first film), though couldn't watch it all as it was skipping (damn FAKE Bulkpaq media) and cus i had to come into work. awesome film though

A movie that I just watched was Sin City and I personally thought it was a masterpiece of great cinema...the visual and sonic feast that had great story, excellent directing.

hiya; i didn't really enjoy Sin City myself. i did like parts of it, Bruce Willis is brill, but to me it didn't all gel together. i'll watch it again sometime soon and i guess i'll probably enjoy it more a second time

Acreaky, hello my friend and how are you? I agree with you because the 1st time I started to watch it I guess I wasn't in the mode becuase I thought it was kind of strange but last night I was wanting something different and so I watched it and was caught after 20 minutes and I had to take a journey for another 1hr and a half just to see how it would end, trying to just digest all the talent and characters in the movie was kind of daunting, but I really liked it. Kind of like Sky captain and the World of Tomorrow...the visual feast was what caught me and again I liked that one as well.

i'm ok i guess, you?. had the day off today so i could do a late shift. not starting just yet so doing my rounds around a few forums. hopefully we won't break anything and can get home in about 5hours as i'm in tomorrow. we're just moving some servers around so at least the time will go quickly for a change.

i have the movie Downfall to watch, but it's subtitled and i have to be alert to watch subs if the film's 'serious' so might watch that later in the week; but i do have Jackie Chan lined up to watch tomorrow night - Project A - parts 1 and 2, can't remember if they're sub'd but i just love watching Jackie Chan/Jet Li movies, and now i'm looking up Chow Yun Fat's films too

@creaky, You know I have enjoyed several of Chow Yun Fat's movies...Croucking Tiger Hidden Dragon, Replacement Killers 9stars opposite to Mira Survino), and for just fun Buletproof Monk. I also enjoy movies that reguire you to read the subtitles (Ghost In tHe Shell 2). Have a good day.

Just saw Batman Begins with Stitch221, and all I can say is WOW, im not even a super hero type guy, and i was blown away. but one problem was the movie got way too deep into the story and not enought batman saving action scenes. other than that it was great, a little on the long side too. but i guess thats DC's taste, marvel just wants to get your money, after dispicable trys at movies like Catwoman(bitch please), Hulk, Fantasic 4, etc. i really enjoyed the movie. especially the tank car scenes.

    @Creaky

I'm glad you enjoyed Hard Boiled - I enjoyed it too. Chow's other good movies are Full Contact, A Better Tomorrow, Tragic Hero and Treasure Hunt.

For Jackie - my all time favorite are: Drunken Master, Drunken Master II, Wheels On Meal, Dragons Forever, Police Story, Police Story II, New Police Story (2005) and Project A.

For Jet Li - Fist Of Legend (arguably one of Jet's best martial arts movie of all time), Once Upon A Time In China, Once Upon A Time In China II, and Danny The Dog aka Unleashed: Unrated version. And now one of my most anticipated movie's from Jet Li is "Fearless", which he played master Fok. In Fist Of Legend, he played Chen Zhen (the student) and now in Fearless, he played the unbeatable master Fok.

I enjoyed Unleased as well alkohol...also thanks for widening my scope of other movies that Chow Yun Fat has made.

p.s. I know this is not the subject but how do you add pictures like your dvd covers and other pics in your sig? I like to learn and maybe you could direct me at least to some guides that have helped you.

    @ creaky

If you haven't seen it yet check out "The King Of New York". It's a great gangster film starring two of my faves - Christopher Walken and Larry Fishburn. There's a scene where Walken is taking with the detective trying to bring him down and the dialogue really makes you think about the whole drug issue.

@nephilim, I enjoyed that movie as well. Walken is a great actor and does well in that sort of role.
