I saw a olden time set movie, " the last of the mohicans" it was a bit slow, i wasnt really concentrating but the fighting scenes were great, seeing them use the guns, axes, knives was great... I recommend it to people who like movies, set around the days with indians and all that
City of God- Subtitles, true story about Brazil child gangs. The best "bad guy" I've ever seen.-DVD Primer- Indy film about science/computer guys. Sci-fi, but a good one.-DVD 40 yr old virgin and wedding crashers are the two best comedies I've seen lately.
I LOVE wedding crashers, i went to the cinemas when it came out, it was really funny, definately a movie i could watch over and over [edit] Yeah, i saw it at a cousins house, its a really good movie if your into that kind of stuff
I watched "HOSTEL" on the big screen today. Man... that's a freaken wicked (sick) movie, I thought SAW and SAW II was sick, but HOSTEL was even more sicker. Overall, the movie is good.
I also watched Saw 2 recently and though it was good on it's own I still felt a little disappointed as it followed the pattern of most sequels. Meaning it falls short of ones expectation. Maybe mine was just too exaggerated to begin with. On a lighter note I saw Fun with Dick & Jane as well. Pretty hilarious.
"The Great Raid" is definetely worth watching. I also saw "Equilibrum". Awesome action, very entertaining!Christian Bale is one of my new favorite stars!
yeah but is Hostel normal people kind of sick, or my kind of sick? dying to see it. i just hate setting myself up for disappointment.
@darthnip & rihgt682 The first 25 - 30 minutes of Hostel is all about vacation & banging girls, but once the real story kicked in, it's all wicked. If you enjoyed SAW & SAW II, then you'll definitely enjoy HOSTEL for sure. Honestly, I think some scenes from the Hostel is freaken sick, that's all I can say. Sorry, no spoiler here.
darthnip i think its more a normal kind of sick ,so i would wait till it comes out on dvd if i was you wont take long. if you really want sick sick watch the movie 'Begotten" 1992 its waaaaaayyy out there man
pffft, i watch the faces of death series while eating breakfast. most of that stuff was staged anyways. I think i'm just going to have to see hostel, the curiosity will get to me if i dont.
