Anyone seen any good movies lately?

Well, people should be incouraging young people... especially people from different countries... you yanks, all aussies hate it when you try to do an aussie accent, like in movies... funny though...

Well, if you couldnt care less why do your movie stars try and do it? and is the hills have eyes good? jus came out in australia, yeh sure we get things later than you do... but that means we can dl it before it comes out and its worth more...

I watched "The Hills Have Eyes" from the big screen this weekend (Saturday) and I really enjoyed it. Good story, good movie. Overall, I rated it 4 stars out of 5.

 

The Hills have eyes... isnt that a remake?
Lately (last 2 years) theyve made ALOT of remakes..

 

NO they released the orignal movie made in 1977

Yer, so its a remake... i was saying recently (2 years) they have made alot of remakes, that being one of them...

 

I see a place where I can throw my opinion around so here it is...

"A History of Violence" 4 out of 5

"Bob the Butler" 4 out of 5

"Broken Flowers" 3 out of 5 (would have been 5 out of five but the movie ends before it should, leaves you wondering wtf)

"Brothers Grimm" lets just say... "good for the kids"

"Cloud 9" you could tell Burt Reynolds isnt what he used to be but the movie overall was at least a 4 out of 5 (slight budget) borderline b film

"Cry Wolf" decent movie but aimed at the wrong audience

"Domino" I liked it... some dont give or take... it is hard to believe her to be such a badass..

"Doom" no comment.... too many fans of the game will pass judgement... lets just say the rock has played in far better movies

"Elizabethtown" Im just gonna be honest... at first I didnt want to watch this my wife got this movie so I labled it a chic flick but It turned out to be a really great movie and I would recomend you see this film... now I'm a 26 year old male and my taste may differ from yours... but I absolutely loved the music in this film and plan to get the soundtrack...

"Flightplan" good movie... just because you have to know "Is this woman crazy or is her child missing" 4 out of 5

"Four Brothers" great movie... even though it has a walburgh in it too... lol damn thats a rarity in itself 5 out of 5

"Half Light" all I can tell you is my wife enjoyed it...

"Hustle & Flow" 6 out of 5... they didnt miss a beat putting this film together... great movie whether you like or dislike rap and or hip hop

"Jarhead" yet another great movie... probably one of my favorites for the year.

"Just Friends" 5 out of 5... rent it

"Madagascar" if you have kids.... a must see dreamworks is everybit a competitor to disney

"Must Love Dogs" definetly a chic flick but be honest fellas.... weve all liked a chic flick or two.... i loved this particular one...

"North Country" Erin Brockavitch (sp) but worse.... good movie that makes you feel shitty inside... another give or taker... I just want to say for evryone that is reading this that has seen it.... her daddy is a bitch... I'd like to smack his bitch ass..

"Prime" fusking great movie... I'd hate to have that shit happen to me...

"Redeye" 5 out of 5... a must rent...

"Saw 2" lets just say.... better than the first...

"Southern Gents Of Comedy" Ron the "Tater Sallad" will never change his routine..... ten years from now he will be still be saying the same old shit hes said on the last 3 releases.... word for fusking word... but the rest of the video was great.... youll definetly get a few laughs

"The Cave" 3 out of 5 from my perspective.... but i could see a different kind of audience really enjoying this film...

"The Chumscrubber" just rent it.... words cant describe...

"The Ice Harvest" I like all Billy Bob Thorntons movies so its not fair for me to say....

"March of The Penguins" those poor penguins..... stoners might keep interest.... oh yeah and animal lovers...

"The Prize Winner Of Defiance Ohio" thats one lucky bitch.... my rating? buy this movie for your mother... shell love it...

"The Weatherman" have you ever seen a bad nicolas cage movie? ok then...

"Transporter 2" action packed and for that reason I give it 5 out of 5

"Two For The Money" Guys will love it.... Wives might not.... personally i loved it... 5 out of 5

"Walk The Line" first you must know this about me.... I could give a fusk about Johny Cash... but I loved this movie... 5 out of 5

"Where The Truth Lies" good but not Kevin Bacons best.... 3 out of 5

I'm having a 'stand up' comedian time... Got hold of a few (13 actually! lol) films on the other day off a mate. Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Bernie Mac, Martin Lawrence, Eddie Murphy and a few more are awesome. I have been LMFAOROTF with them! I absolutely recommend!!
