    How do you lower the video quality in order to copy Dvd movie onto a standard DVDR 4.7GB disc. Thank you for your help.

    Try compressing it 2 or 3 times during processing, that should do it -

    Enjoy,

    Happy New Year,

    Pete

    Use the guides and software tabs at the top of this page.

    Download DVD Shrink program and available guides.

    It will do what you require with minimal loss of quality.

    @colw,

    The man said he wanted a lower quality - From now on, when they get smart, I'm going to give them what they ask for, they must have a reason for starting out with an atitude -

    Happy New Year Buddy -

    Pete

    Hi Pete and Happy New Year to you as well.

    While I've been known to be cynical, I'm in a philosphical mood today and interpreted the question as being badly phrased:
    ______________________________________________________________________

    "There are four sorts of men:
    He who knows not and knows not he knows not: he is a fool - shun him;
    He who knows not and knows he knows not: he is simple - teach him;
    He who knows and knows not he knows : he is asleep - wake him;
    He who knows and knows he knows : he is wise - follow him;
    ...........an Arabian proverb (Lady Burton, 1890)
