Is it possible to go form one memory block to another. I.E) Lets say you are at memory block 5 but want to go to one of the previous memory block, is this possible? I'm now at memory block 4 & want to get to Acre rich district but when I look at my map it's all blury & when I am walking through the city or on roof tops I see like a light-blue force filed & doesn't let me go through, what is this?
