I'm using ffdshow audio decoder, and for some reason it's giving me audio in surround sound format. The problem with this is I have stereo speakers... so the left and right channels are coming out of their respective speakers, but the center channel and backleft/backright channels aren't going anywhere because those speakers don't exist. I don't want surround sound, I want stereo so I can actually hear what's going on. Any advice?

Try setting it to 2/0 in the mixer settings.
