Audio out of timing with movie

    Ive just converted and mpeg movie into a dvd (VOB Files) but the audio is out of sync with the actual movie i used nero to burn the video file any ideas. Also is their a program that will convert mpegs into VOB files very fast im currently using a program called dvd santa
