I am burning my DVD's using Verbatim DVD+R discs and DVD shrink software. My DVD's play fine in a stand alone player, but when I try and play them on my PC, I get a picture but no sound. I have tried playing them with Real Player, Windows Media Player, and InterActual Player. Can anyone help? Thanks.

This usually means you don't have the necessary codecs installed. Try download the K-lite codec pack from here:

    http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

Install at least the full-version. Also, install and use Media Player Classic along with the pack. They would great together.

    Good luck!
