Audio problems

    I can get ETVS 10 with audio and it's usually the main streaming on BBC digital, eg live snooker or football scores. ETVS 11 then provides another BBC stream (eg showjumping today) but there is no audio. ETVS 14 is Castaway but no audio. ETVS 15 is an Eastenders quiz but with audio.
    What is ETVS and should I be getting audio on each one?
