Maybe I should post in the iPod forum but it is a setting in Nero recode. What is the "avc" in the iPod - AVC setting for converting to MP4. is this setting better than the plain old iPod setting. I am new to this and cant seem to find an explanation. I did look in the glossary but I still don't know if it's better. I know that it will only encode @795kbs resulting in a smaller file but is the quality better?
