Hi all I recently downloaded the film I-Spy, after I viewed it for quality I decided that I did not want it so I went to delete the file but I get an error message saying that some other user is using the file close all programs using the file. I have done this, even disconnected my link to the internet & it still won't delete. If I click on the properties of the file it takes ages before it dispay's info & it causes my computer to run at snails-pace....can anyone help!!
jnihil thanks very much for your help I did what you said and it worked a treat, my computer now is up and running like new again. I did search for an answer but obviously missed your link .....thanks again.
