avi on dvd player

    can .avi movies play on dvd players? & can dvd movies play on the pc?

    You can play, just about any .AVI file on a DVD player that supports DivX. PC's can play DVD's if you have the software on it. i.e. Windows
    Media Player, PowerDVD, just to name a few.
