avi to vcd quality

    I have downloaded episodes of sex and the city from imesh, and they come in this general detail: 352 x 240, 24 Bits, 53827 Frames, 29.970 Frames/Sec, 67 KB/Sec, DIVXMPG4 V3. Im looking for the BEST possible picture quality for the purpose of putting these on vcd, i am somewhat familiar with the use of dvd2svcd, cc2 2.5, tmpenc, and so on. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Well if you mean only vcd then i would suggest DVD2SVCD with TMPGEnc but if you want to create SVCD (which i would suggest) then you should use DVD2SVCD with CCE SP! =)
