    Gwnedolin,

There is no reason it would do this. We have no addresses block and we do not have any spam filters which could intefere.

Please get in touch about receiving your free jacket.

    Thanks,
    Caroline

How about providing us with a phone number?

That way everyone with problems can talk personally with your site?

    Hello Gwendolin,

Just got your message which was sent 24 hours ago on Sunday, obviously nobody was in the office. Your free jacket is being sent.

lewis07. Which address did you return it to and what is your order number so I can track your refund for you personally.

Gwendolin, i want the same jacket that you have requested from phix (minus the ozzy patch). Do you know of any other site i can get the same one from?. Ordered one from phix last year but it was not delivered so i had to get a refund.

can i just point something out..having been conned by Phix clothing when i bought a jacket around october last year

i have not only, contacted my local police, told the police in norwich which started an investigation which was passed onto trading standerds

but also on what must be 3 seperate occaisions has a man from trading standerds spoke to someone from phix clothing to tell them to compensate me..which guess what

    THEY DIDNT!

and whats worse ive been told i cant have the telephone number for the phix clothing person as it isnt in public access..HOW GREAT IS THAT?

let me continue.. i was told that it would be practically pointless to file in the small claims court as it will cost relatively the same as the cost of my jacket...

regardless i am, just so i can see the smug gits face and tell him to get F**ked!

To the best of my knowlege, lecsiy hasn't had any dealings with this company so the disgruntled customer I would appease is in fact J_wright who has a legitimate complaint.

Caroline, as you know, I have accepted your "offer" of a jacket but you have NOT advised me as to if and when it will be posted.
