    Hello Jonathan,

I have just corrected the mistake on your account which had the items marked as unsent. It should now reflect this when you login.

You can now e-mail me with anymore questions you have. I hope your items arrive asap.

    Thanks,
    Caroline

hello all, sorry ive been ignoring this (being a student i cant afford the internet these days!)
the viciousness of the reply's to those who were pro-phix is rather worrying. While those of us who had grievances with these guys are justified in our anger, its a bit harsh to take it out on these (apparently) satisfied customers. i remind you that before i joined this thread, i had previously ordered from phix and had no problems.
dont forget that there is a general consensus that phix is a bussiness, just a rather crap one.
to be honest, this thread needs to keep going until we reach a satisfying conclusion, which in all fairness is neigh on impossible. however arguing amongst ourselves is petty and wont solve a thing.

As it seems that phixclothing acctually replies to this forum, rather than to emails, i would like to complain.
    - My order of three items for a bit over 100£ is not yet here, even though it now is a week later than MAX deliverytime.
-Also my emails for getting the trackingnumber of the package has not been replied.
I'm starting to think the whole company is some sort of semi-scam.
Like you scam some people, and deliver to some.

Anyways, i hope this can be sorted out.
And at last - a little advise:
Hire some teenager or something, to reply to customer emails
and at least explain why the package hasn't been sent yet!

This was left in my shoutbox

    fenthic88 (17 Aug 2007 6:41) hey there Gwendolin!
I read about your little adventure with Phixclothing.com, and I'm happy that you won the case!
Now like many others, I'm experiencing the same problem. Could you give me Caroline's e-mail?
    I would appreciate it :)

    Warmest regards

So I ordered from Phix on Aug 19th, began to worry after a few days because my order was in 'pending' status, it still is. I sent emails and have received no replies. Can someone send me the direct email address to someone at Phix? A phone number would be even better. Phix if you are reading this I'm almost ready to call my credit card company to reverse the charges, I have no desire to go through what these other people have dealt with.

    James,

    Check your junk mail folder.

We have e-mailed you twice and I don't think you are getting them.

Caroline, you have all of James' details.

Why dont you just end this rubbish and give him his purchase

It's seems that you are not improving your service as stated...more unhappy purchasers are still coming forward.
