wow,and i was going to start a thread about not being able to get joost to work.then i saw this thread,and over the last little while read every friggin post.bottom line here is these people,if you can call them that,are total frauds.if anyone was apprehensive about ordering anything from them before they should be downright afraid now.the only A i will give them is their remarkable ability to think up new excuses for obvious criminal behaviour.i think i will start my other thread now.lol

 

I started this thread for a good reason and despite your pleas Caroline it will continue while ever people who deal with your company are being "Ripped OFF".

No I dont and neither should you...your aim should be NOT to have any dissatisfied customers

Its been awhile since i posted something so here i am

Phix Clothing has Finally given me what i wanted!

Having spent a year trying to get my jacket, going to police, trading standerds and threatening to take them to the small claims court *regardless that it would have cost more on my part*

and also DESPITE the fact that the first jacket they sent me was a small and could have fit me +1 in I HAVE NOW RECEIVED A EXTRA SMALL JAKCET THAT FITS AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE P+P AGAIN *which they wanted me to*

The point im trying to get at is this.

Phix Clothing may have buggered up everything, and yes they may still be getting it wrong and swinderling *honestly caroline that much stuff and items dont get lost in mail thats just silly* BUT AT LEAST YOU CAN NOW GET SOMEWHERE

im gunna stop receiving this thread,as it becomes almost depressing, but everyone who gets screwed by these people should know this. DONT GIVE UP, it sounds corny it does sound extreamly gay too, but its the truth, i could have gone and left it a year ago but now i have my coat which im happy bout as at least i didnt get nothing from it all..

Two weeks ago I transfered the money to Phix CLothing's bank account and since then i get no response to my Emails
What can I do to make them answer me?

Oh dear it appears as if I have joined the legion of suckers done in by Phix... I placed an order 10 weeks ago and Caroline has posted it several times...
This is very disappointing as the products looked great and I was really hoping to get them before the Australian summer kicked in.. Has anyone got any hints on how to motivate Phix to refund?

If your reading this, then you have probably made or are thinking of making an order with Phix clothing. On the afternoon of the 16th Nov 2007, I placed an order for a retro style leather jacket for my son. Panic set in when I read these reports of people never receiving their goods. I really thought I had lost my money. Then the following morning (17 Nov 2007) at 11:00, my order was delivered. This was less than 24 hours, to come to Northern Ireland. It is the fastest delivery I have ever received from any internet based company.
