Has anyone had anymore news yet on the items ordered?

    I've heard nothing recently.

I filed a claim against Phix Clothing on paypal a little while ago and they were great. They investigated the matter and ruled in my favour so i got my money back.

We will just have to warn people about them from now on.

has anyone checked their site? theyve changed it all with a "new look." Its a bit sickening that they have the audicity to do that when they cant even send out the stuff they advertise.

Well I suppose with all the money they are making then they can afford to splurge a little on improving the look of their site.

If you check the new site its interesting to note the ‘testimonials’ and ‘affiliates’ sections, which as of yet are empty. Would be interesting to see what goes in these and if they have indeed changed their ways.
On a side note they do have a pair of shoes I quite fancy :p

I checked out their new web site and decided to send them an email...it was returned, either they have "blocked" emails from me or they're still up to their old tricks...has anybody been successful in sending an email

My email was returned as well Gwendolin, I thought the same as you, that they've blocked certain email addresses.

The feedback on ebay seems unusual, don't you think?

Gwendolin, just a thought, but maybe you should change the thread title to "Avoid PhixClothing" or something similar ?
Could save some folks a lot of heartache...

And on it goes... I just finished my searches for

    Phix Clothing
    100 Prince of Wales Road
    Norwich
    Norfolk NR1 1DD

    1. They aren't a regstered business that I can find for tax or business rates.

    2. There seem to be quite a few other businesses registered/using that address. It seems like a "convenience" address above a shop.

Will try public records and companies house when all the government departments reopen after the holidays.. Failing that I'm sure a flag of this "business" to the taxman will cause some surprises. It's a shame I live at the other end of the country....

    For fun how about http://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog

If you want to drop them a line directly the link to the report form is.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/consumer/tv_and_radio/watchdog/contact_online_purchasing.shtml

Hey Jan, these scamming morons are running their website off a self hosted server....
And it seems they're running some older, unpatched stuff on there...
    You thinking what i'm thinking ? ;-)

Nasty old me, I just sent the link to this thread to your (UK)consumer watchdog. Gee I hope they actually read it, Cheers.

I encourage others who have been ripped off to do the SAME

Had another look, they're only running part of it on some home computer...
The main site is run from a hostmonster server...
AKA cheapo, "we don't give a f**k what you're doing, as long as you pay" hosting.
The same folks that used to host a ton of kiddie pr0n sites :-/
