[b]WHY WONT MY M3 LET ME PLAY GAMES?[/b]

I have gone through all the manuals and and online guides but everytime i go to load a game on my m3 it says 'error: this types of files are currently not allowed to operate' will someone please help thank you.

Well i used the thread to put all the suttf like the system stuff on my m3 etc but the main problem is when i come to open the Roms on the m3 card whilkst it is in my DS they wont come up and that error messeges comes up really annoying tbh all i want to do is play jam sessions any other advice? someone please help!!

make sure its not SDHC!! and what message pops up?
