I'm trying to get this program called B02K on my PC and it has many trojans and backdoors which I know and I believe are safe. So when I turnoff Symatec antivirus I can get some of the programs on except for B02K.exe

Now I have been able to get it on in the past but once I deleted it I can't get it back on my PC but I can all the other B02K files except for the .exe file. I can't even open the file through WinRAR when antivirus is off. WinRAR states:

    ! Cannot execute "C:\DOCUME~1\Adam\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX03.656\bo2k_1_1_6\bo2k.exe"

How do I get this file back on my PC?

moved to correct forum as not a virus & spyware issue. delete this "Rar$EX03.656\bo2k_1_1_6\bo2k.exe" from C:\DOCUME~1\Adam\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX03.656\bo2k_1_1_6\bo2k.exe then try installing again.

OK I did this but it still won't load the .exe file. The same message compes up:

    ! Cannot execute "C:\DOCUME~1\Adam\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX00.266\bo2k_1_1_6\bo2k.exe"

Now I know it works because I had it running on this PC a couple weeks ago before I used spyware and failed to reinstall it. Maybe it has something to do with that. Any other ideas?

empty the temp folder & if know how to do it then remove it from the registry.

So just delete everything in the Temp folder? What about the registry?
