For about a year I have been using Premier 6.5 and DVDIt 2.5 PE; Canopus ADVC –100 capture box on a P4 2.26ghz, 533mb FSB, running WinXP SP1 Pro; and a Pioneer laser disc player to transfer my laser collection onto DVD. When I transfer a VHS tape, it looks good, and just like the tape; but when I transfer a laser disc, it looks soft and fuzzy….not great! Black and White lasers appear to transfer very well, but the color ones are not acceptable.

    Your response will be appreciated.
