backing up wave 4 games

I have a SH-D162D SB00 to backup my games
I use XBC v2.9
I patch with abgx360

lately i bought COD 6 I went to back it up it ripped well then I checked it with abgx360 everything fine there. I burn it using imgburn that's fine to but when i go to put in my xbox 360 it reads as a DVD disc and shows the xbox 360 logo. Please someone help me what am I doing wrong.

I had the same problem when wave 3 games came out I would just go to XBC image tools and click the PFI sector and the games work well why doesn't this method work with these new wave 4 games.
