backing up windows hd 2 hd

    ok i have a stock 250 gig hd on my comp with windows and i need to put the windows and all other files onto my 500 gig sata drive so i can take the 250 gig out and put it in my xbox.how can i do this and will i lose data on either drive?

    you can make a ghost image with Norton Ghost or some other backup software. you do realize that since you are changing Window's default location from the 250 HDD to a 500 GB SATA, you might not be able to boot since PC is gunna look for Windows on the defualt C:. Unless you change your PCs settings/configuration to tell it the 500 GB SATA is now the default C:

    Dont remember how to do that off top of my head, but there are guides out there for doing so.

    YOU can clone ye c-drive to your 500gb drive.. with norton ghost or Acronis.True Image,then ye can format the 250gb and put it in your xbox........
