Backing up XBOX and using DASHBOARDS

Ok, I got my chip all in and everything, yet my xbox around the eject where it normally lights up green just constantly flashes between red and green and no custom bios loads.....what do i do?!!?!?!??!?!??!?

 

you gotta turn all the switches off but switch #4 and then flash it (use evox M7 bios), then turn all the switches off after u flash it, put in slayers auto installer or Xavier's...i recommend Xaviers.....then your set

 

I dont know what you mean turn off all switches. I downloaded the evox m7 bios, but i dont know how to install it. Do i make it an ISO? How do i make a dummy file? Can you help me install the new bios? Please?
