yooooooo all, how does one backup the kids dvd "madagascar" ??? doesn't seem to be possible my guess is new protectioncodes but how does one crack those and with what ??? grtzzz
@anoebis http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/249896 and a quick tip if you're having trouble with a certain movie: use the search engine, and if you find one thread with a lot of posts, go there, that's what I did.
i did Madagascar effortlessly last night with DVDFab Decrypter 2.9.6.0 (free) then Shrunk with DVD Shrink as normal. what i did do was use my dvd-rom/cd-write combo drive (like io do for most of my ripping); didn't try to rip it on any of my dvd burners as i'd done the movie already but it's always nice to have a couple of optical drives..as if a movie won't play ball on one drive you always have a choice of drives to use..
anoebis ,yes do a search before you post theres probably been 4 or 5 long threads on the movie. BTW, CloneDVD 2 with anydvd WILL do the movie fine ,thats the easiest and best way to do the movie
There are many solutions for this movie - do a bit of homework and read some of the threads - essentially a easy movie to copy with the correct software and procedures - many have done it (including myself) with no problems.
Re the 300 Madagascar threads on first page of Shrink forum.... ...Soz that was me, I was so fed up of reading endless threads re this movie that I was adamant I'd have no grief with it, when I did the movie I made sure to answer as many threads I could find!!
