Okay... first off, i am apologizing... i know this was probably asked a million times, but i am dumb. I know nothing about DVD burners, mod-chips, or backing up games. I was wondering if someone can tell me what i need to backup games. I am dumb, so keep it simple if you can... Thanks a lot
You will need the following: modchip installed in your xbox. A dashboard installed on the hard drive e.g Evolution x. A bios installed to the modchip A network card installed in your PC, with crossover cable. A program to tranfer files from xbox to PC hard drive e.g Flashfxp, Craxtion, or quix. A dvd burner (a must). DVD burning software e.g Nero or Recordnow "just to name a couple". If you do not want to backup games to disk there is an alternative: Get a bigger hard drive for xbox and appropriate software to save games to the hard drive e.g DVD2XBOX.
like i said, i am dumb. dumber than most people think. I have no clue what a bios is. Also, i have no idea where to find Evolution x.
