Bad or scrambled channel using starview box

    Hi All,

    I keep getting the message "Bad or scrambled channel" coming up on most channels. It lasts for around 10 seconds before normal service is resumed. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    VM are mucking about with network maintenance.

    it's unavoidable so???? BTW...I'm in Dublin so it's NTL that are causing the problem.
