TMD movies do suck, no offence to the people that get them. Although they are always the movie you want there are better quality movies. You can get these on pretty much any file-sharing programs but i prefer to use KaZaA. To make sure you get the right movies i suggest you first download a program called avi preview. This allows you to watch the movie while it is still downloading rather than waiting hours, or even days to find the movie is a fake. Download the first few mins of the tmd movie to see what it starts like. Pause the download and preview it. Then you can start checking other files to see the quality and whether it is the right movie. To check the quality on KaZaA you can find the resolution. Preview the movie and if it's good finish downloading it. The problem with this is it can take a while to find what you want. p.s Usually the best movies are DivX movies.
Do you ever download off IRC? I havn't seen a P2P network and/or program that maches the reliability. Except for when i had 56K and Morpheus was fine and before that, Napster. ...Ahh the good old days.
Of copurse I download off IRC! It is the best however, some networks do beat it in some ways like The Donkey Network, for long files will last on it, u could find releases from 3 years ago on the donkey network!
The donkey network never really worked for me. At first I couldn't connect to anything then my transfer wouldn't start. I've given up. Am i doing something wrong? What's Overnet?
the donkey network can be hard for a lot of people which i dont understand at all! I've never had problems with it
I have a couple of questions... How do I download the movies off of vcdquality.com and i had kazaa but it took up so much room and most of what i downloaded was either not what it was supposed to be or the music had annoying beep in it so i downloaded limewire and it very rarley ever finds sources what is your suggestion?
Overnet is just another implmenetation of the Donkey Network.... similar to eMule but with a couple differences: - No IRC client - No servers that you have to manage, join, configure, etc - In most cases, there arent so many instances of LOWIDs (and most of the time, LOWIDs are just because UPD ports havnt been fowaraded correctly hehe) - A slight interface tweak Other than that Overnet and eMule are essentially the same thing and it comes down to a matter of preference.

This text is bit old, I wrote it 2 days ago but i couldn't get onto afterdawn.com Firstly, you can't download movies off vcdquality.com. That site just gives information about releases. Secondly, are you sure you downloaded the right program? KaZaA shouldn't be a very big program. About realising you downloaded the wrong thing, that's happened to me once with what was written to be a TMD movie. But it happens a lot with porn pics. What files did you download? With the music, that's never happened to me. Are you sharing any files on the Gnuttella network?(Limewire) Some users choose to prevent people who don't share enough files.
First of all TMD movies in general aren't bad quality. When a movie first comes out you might see them reencode a cam version (someone in the theatre with a cam) but shorty thereafter there are higher quality versions, the first available is for those without patience Second of all getting the movies off of Kazaa is a crap shoot. Half the times the downloads are corrupted, sometimes they're even different movies renamed to the movie you're looking for. That's why you get the movies off of IRC - right from the horses mouth.
