please some 1 help this is driving me crazy i have roxio basic (version 5) which came with my dell pc. worked fine at first but recently been having probs. pretty hard to explain but here goes on some music files when i burn to cd mostly at beggining of track(but occaisianly all the way through track) i get a scrunchy sort of sound. sound bit like water draining through a blocked sink. dont happen wid all files if i preview on programme i can hear it there also but if i play in windows media cant hear it. any ideas please thx
different disk the sound can be heard even b4 burning to cd. but only if i preview file in burning programme.
