    hey guys,
i have a airlink101 AR420W wireless router. for some reason i get really bad signal upstairs in my room (about 30% avrage) yet i can get over 40% in my neighbors front yard. also when ever someone picks up the phone i lose my connection. do you think there is anyway to fix this? oh and the wireless card is AWLH4030 wireless super G PCI adapter. do you think there is anyway to fix this problem?

The coverage depends on thickness of walls...i guess. You might need a range expander as I have done to get full coverage through my whole house.

I can get a better signal in my living room than in my kitchen which is 5ft away. I guess the signal hates making a left down the hall to my kitchen.

As far as the phone is concerned most cordless phones operate on channel 6 and by default so is you wireless router. Go into your router configurations and change the broadcast channel to 11.
