Battlefield 2 video problems

    I bought bf2 and video will not work. And i guess its not supported. ati radeon 9200se is there a way to get around it i have the latest drivers or do i have to buy a new one?

    yea i realize that my ati radeon 9200se is not supported is there a way are it with out buying a new card?

    Not really, BF2 requires alot of resources and your card just isn't up to the job....sorry not trying to be harsh but you would be better off investing in a new card as from what i see in your system specs your card is the weakest link

    Actually there is a way to get around this. It involves setting the AGP slot speed from 8X to 4X and something else i believe. Go to Google and search something like "Batlefield 2+Radeon 9200"

    If he can get it to work imho it's gonna play like crap with that card, he would be better off investing a few $$ in a newer card i.e 9600/pro or a 6200/6600 for less than $100 if he wants to be able to enjoy playing the game ....

    well i tried the turning the 8x to for 4x and it does work but it is crapy but it doesnt lag. i am going to a new card a 9600xt for 83$ when i get back to work.
