I made a backup image of battlefield 2 (3 cds). I know you cant burn that image to another cd and have it work. So I put the 3 images on a DVD just for safe keeping (in case the original game gets messed up or anything). But when I was copying cd 1, it was saying disc read error at every 50 sectors (sorry this may the wrong word). The other 2 cds worked perfectly. I'm just wondering if this will still work because the settings for alcohol 120 were set at skip disc read errors. Is this a security feature of some kind?

When I mounted to images to a virtual drive it said "Please make sure the install disk is inserted". I just thought this was because the game on my computer now was originally installed from the cd drive.

Bf2 is protected by safedisc 4.xx. That's why the read errors.

Google this "Backup safedisc 4" and do some reading.

    You should consider reading this:

The mini-image works well with Daemon Tools.

    good luck,
