BD RB Beta released! - now at version 0.37.08 (April 23rd, 2011)

some how this bd rebuilder version 20.08 dont work with ps3 dont know if u have to download the avchd patch or not to work didnt try it....but the older version i didnt need to use patch goin back to old version...

I have a question about "stricter AVCHD compliance" option in BD RB. I need to know if I am better off with it off or on.

With "stricter AVCHD compliance for movie only" enabled or disabled do I get different results? Will the output formats be different from each other in any way?

NB: I do reencodes for BD25 and play on a standalone player.

The quality is the same and so is most of the structure. AVCHD is the format used for HD Cameras which has the potential to improve compatible playback on more home units. If you're using an HTPC solution then there is no benefit.

I dropped in this morning before work and was going to respond but I didn't have time and I was expected at a department meeting. I was going to suggest that there was an issue with your setup and that you should review it but I guess its moot at this point.

Perhaps you could share a bit of info on your issue and how it was resolved just in case someone else experiences it also.

 

ok here's what I did I reinstalled Avisynth, ffdshow,haali media splitter and then bd_rebuilder!

 

oh yah I deleted the working files folder!

 

is there anyway bd rebuilder can hard encode subtitles in move only mode wish there can be that kind of option if possible if not can anybody tell me is there easy way to do this...thank you

 

there anyway to use older version of bd rebuilder...say its expired

 

versions 02005 n down works wit my ps3 and my samsung player but them new versions dont work with my samsung player or ps3 and i have to use avchd patch to work wit my ps3 but sitll wont work wit my samsung player

 

Anything is possible but without a menu they will always be turned on.

jdobbs doesn't make them available but many of us save copies while beta testing. I've put up version 02005 for a short time but it will be removed in a day due to possible bandwidth issues. Click on the link below.

I hope this works I'm deleting the working files! It was working until the 2nd video.

please fix version 2201 all the movies get mess up at the end with this version studders at the end and stop before the movie end did 3 movies and all them is mess up at the end like around the last 5 min or so....

How are you playing them back? If it's a standalone player what is the make and model?
