    @rounder00

    I wasn't responding to your post to indicate that either. I was responding to a post by fandr78 with whom I also quoted directly which is the same one below.

    In my own experiences,i dont think it matters if you put all the programs in your root directory. I just think its a hit or miss at this current BETA testing period. I was able to backup alot more movies with the past,older vsersions of BD-RB. Could it be that this newer verion,is the problem?Or that i am using windows 7? It could be a possibility of a few things.Its gonna br a great program once all the bugs are worked out. Thanks to all, that helped me out along the way.

    We're still along the way for a few months or more yet so hang in there. I've not experienced many of the issues that others have but I have questionable taste in movies, and tasteless movies might have a less pervasive structure and copy guard system built in to them.

    Ya I'm having the same probs.. and the strange thing is that it was working fine before. I've tried re-installing all of the required software several times, in different locations. I've also tested older versions of BD-RB...

    I'll let you know if I find a solution.

    I've been having better results with the 20.08 version. I also moved all of my components over to C:\. Before I had everything on my desktop. I'm still not really for sure why that makes any difference. I usually try not to upgrade to the newer version unless I start having problems with multiple discs.

    What are the operating systems that you're using?
    Are any of them 64bit?
    Do you have your system overclocked?

    Note that there have been some who experienced the above error with a full backup but had success with a movie only try.
