    As a newbie who has lurked around AD for awhile,,, just reading and studying, there is one piece of advice I can give all other Newbies. Be patient, read the guides, read posts in the forum, makes sure every program running is turned off, defrag frequently, and use good media. Even with all this a few coasters are inevitable. But follow the guides and your successes will far outnumber your failures.
