Are you saying that when you try to connect to the router through Internet Explorer or another Program to access the internet it tells you "Device Cannot Start"?

Do you have a Installation CD? If you do not have one you need to get the Software from the Belkin Website. Here is the directlink Download

Pizat, I think you need to be a little more specific on what you have setup.

    1) What kind of internet connection do you have? Is it ASDL? (the kind you have to use a modem connected to a phone socket via a little splitter), is it Cable? or any other kind of internet connection?

    2) How was you PC connected to the internet before you got this router?

    3) How is your router connected to your PC right now? Ethernet? etc

    4) Are you using Vista / XP?

If you supply the information above we may be able to help you.

OK so you have the internet modem connected to your router (Is this plugged into the port on the back on the far left hand side as you look at the back of the router?).

How do you connect to your router? are you connecting your PC to it using a USB to ethernet adapter??

So you connect your modem to your PC via the blue usb lead?....

What modem do you have?.... is there a manufacturer? model number?

ok..... ensure you have connected everything as you asy you have, and goto the router setup page in internet explorer (http://192.168.2.1).

On the toolbar on the left you have an option for Internet WAN. Click on the connection type. If it asks you to enter a password, leave it blank and wait for the next screen to appear.

What setting is selected for your WAN internet connection?

PS who is your internet provided with?

OK. that is the correct setting.

Next can you try typing in an IP address in internet explorer instead of a web address?

For eaxmple type in http://212.58.224.131 in internet explorer

Also try going to the command prompt and try pinging the above IP address.

    Start > Run "cmd". then....

    ping 212.58.224.131

You will get a result similar to ....
    Code:
Pinging 212.58.224.131 with 32 bytes of data:

    Reply from 212.58.224.131: bytes=32 time=20ms TTL=118
    Reply from 212.58.224.131: bytes=32 time=19ms TTL=118
    Reply from 212.58.224.131: bytes=32 time=18ms TTL=118
    Reply from 212.58.224.131: bytes=32 time=17ms TTL=118
