can any one explain what benefits if any do you get by updating your software to the 260 version i am currently running on 257 and have never had a problem thanks for any answers
Do not attempt to update to version 260 as it will kill your starview box. I was reading on other forums about starviews dying after upgrading to 260. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
Version 260 is the official starview software. It only kills fake/cloned boxes so if you decided to buy a fake box off ebay because it was £5 cheaper than the original dealers then i wouldnt bother but just hope when they do go down the rogue dealers will give you free updates. If your box is original then use V260 without problems
