I've got a BenQ DW1640 model BSJB and have never updated it with any firmware since I've bought it 3 years ago. I've had lots of problems with burns lately. My Urner is going at a snail pace! Is there new firmware I should have and if so then where do I get it? Thank you!
Yeah you definitely need a firmware update - you're quite a few behind. Here's the latest - BSRB. Check your DMA mode too - sounds like it may be in PIO mode. Here's a guide
