    I have a BenQ 1650 drive and it is starting to not eject discs when it should. I have to reboot to get the drive to open.

    My question to this most worthy group, what if anything can I do and/or what is your latest and best new burner that I should get to replace the Benq.

    Many thanks to you all

    Guy

    I got mt BenQ and installed it and then rebooted. My computer saw the drive however Nero did not see it at all. Nero Tools did see it however. As it stands now, I had to put the old drive back into the computer. Is there any help out there with this problem or do I just return the drive.

    My original Benq 1650 was a DW 1650 with BCIC firmware;
    my new BenQ 2650 is a DVP 1650V with TANE firmware. This is the latest firmware for this drive.
    HELP!!
