I have Dvd+r discs which i use to burn backups of games. But recently ive learned that there is another type called DVD-r but i have no idea wat the difference is and which one is better could some1 plz help me out.
When dvd burning was new, a few formats came out, including -r, +r, and ram. Most of the new burners will burn on any format. Some of the first wouldnt. The biggest problem came when trying to play your media on some dvd players. Some would only read one or another. Most of the new players will now read all formats. -R seems to be the most popular and mainstream nowadays. As long as what you use is working, I wouldnt concern myself with it.
