    Hi all,

I had a search and couldn't find what I was looking for, but I am SURE this question gets covered pretty frequently. Apologies if it has ....

I am looking to buy a new CD burner or CDROM - and would like some advice on the best available at the moment. I am encoding/copying fiend, so of course I need a drive that I can use to get around as much copy protection as possible. Speed and accuracy would be good too.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

ASUS 522452 and the Litey 52x32x52 are both very nice options :)

    I've tested a Samsung SW252 ~ 1/2 year ago. 100% C2 accuracy + no problems with all copyprotected discs I tested (Key2audio + CDS100/200).

You can find good drive reviews (also audio-extraction-wise) here: http://www.cdrinfo.com
