Yeah. I know how to flash it as it was in a magazine i buy. But wanted to kno if it could be reverted. Thanks for the info.
sorry couldn't help you out more, perhaps others will provide you a better answer~ i didnt' wanna suggest you go ahead and do it and then end up frying your drive..that would not be good~
Plextor dvd burners are not riplocked They rip dvd's relativly fast but I don't recommend that. Grab a Litey 16x DVD-ROM for dvd rippin'
All kinds of brand name dvd burners out there that burn at 12(with compatable media). Now there 16x dual dvd burners that write dual layer. Fastest? At present the BenQ 1640 can write to a DVD-DL at 8x I do believe The BenQ DW1640 uses P-CAV (Partial-Constant Angular Velocity) to write DVD+R9 DL at 8x. This gives an average writing speed of 7.50x, and a writing time of 15 minutes and 04 seconds. http://www.cdfreaks.com/article/193/4
Thanks. Not familiar with the brand...will check on the net to find it. I think if I get another faster DVD burner I should get a dual layer for the future.
