Best dvd-r drive?

    How much would the cheapest dvd-r drive be, without buying something that will burn bad quality dvd's, in candian $?

    Hi Heist, Two of the better dvd burners out there are PLEXTOR and PIONEER. Dual format(+ & -) single layer drives should run you about $50. to $70.(US). Dual format with dual layer burning about $100. to $125.(US). Not sure how that converts to Canadian dollar. Isn't it about 20 cents more per dollar?? I'm guessing.
