Best Kodi IPTV provider

Trying to find a IPTV provider that doesn't have buffering issues and is up most of the time. I tried the cluiptv, and that is gone. Doesn't mind if it is subscription based, but can't be super $$$$. I was looking for something like $10 a month if less. I also don't want a fly by night company( here today,gone tomorrow).
